Ecosystem Overview

Over the course of the project multiple surveys and studies were carried out, each aimed at assessing a different aspect of whole ecosystem health.
This information was integrated into a report, below, and questions for future research highlighted. 
Biophone bioacoustic recording devices were used by Wildconnect to capture the soundscape of habitat types across the hill and assess if soundscape complexity could be used as a surrogate for ecosystem diversity in upland settings.
